This insurance company is suck
Aetna has been charging me for months and I’ve never had an account with them. Had to get a whole new bank account because they wouldn’t stop charging me.
I wouldn't give them one star if I had the choice, but you all need to read this before ever working for or working with this MALICIOUS company. Never trust a word they say, never give them the time of day, and NEVER leave your job to work for them. They are a fraudulent company that will send what you make to collections with interest. The people I helped insure were also completely screwed over and given false information leading them to be uncovered for major surgery. They close claims. Ask for paperwork over and over. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Don’t do business with them especially long term care insurance. They suck.
