Run! Run!!! This guy called I think his name was Nick or Nathan but run oh my God so unprofessional he got mad at me because I told him I wasn’t interested in getting a policy with them hung up on my face then had a nerve to try to call me back no sorry sir. If you call me again and harass me, I will report your company to the police. They are very unprofessional almost like it’s a scam. I would just stay away from them because it’s a really really bad business.

Please don't ever get an annuity here. Huge pain for whoever has to deal with it. Unbelievably poor customer service. Edit: I've already had to call them way too many times, so not sure why they think I'd want to call them again to give feedback. They'd probably redirect me to the wrong person again anyways. Also I had to fax them instead of emailing them like any other normal business. Pathetic.
