Had the unfortunate pleasure of having an experience with Liane one of their agents. Luckily it was not regarding insurance but if the way she treats service workers / companies is any indication, I wouldn’t trust her with the time of the day yet alone any kind of insurance.
I had gotten a few policies from Bankers, specifically whole life and critical illness. The agents were personable and able to answer all of my questions. I'm glad I got set up early!
