I have a very serious complaint about one of your agents in the Charlotte office. One comment in particular I felt was bad enough that I screenshot the whole conversation and sent it to my attorney.
Great company, great support, great training and great people. The job is challenging, sometimes downright hard, but not anything that everyone else here hasn't also experienced. If you can embrace the grind it's a great place to be.
My mother purchased a long life care policy and made payments for over 30 years. She is now 93 and can't get her benefits. It's like pulling teeth to try to get banker's life to keep up to their end of the deal.
