This ins. Co. Is horrible. My mom passed in 2019. They take 4ever to payout benefits. Then they make u chase it down. They will deny u at 1st then you have to get legal help just to claim it. There's no one at the Stafford office so you have to call & wait till some1 comes to help you. Submitted all legal paperwork & 2 months later they send it to Tx unclaimed property. This company is a joke.
