Would give a ZERO rating if I could!! Have policy with Shonnalei Goodyear....can't get my money and have ZERO response from agent after repeated phone calls, texts and emails.......can't get access online...grrrrrrr....would beware of going with this company. May be excellent getting your money....but over two months and STILL no answers!!!!!!
They took advantage of my father when he had Stage 4 cancer. What they told him and my mother was not the case when I was looking into the policy. High pressure sales tactics, Bait and Switch, Do your homework with this company. Check Consumer Affairs, Inside Edition, Federal investigations. Fortunately or Unfortunately my parents only had the policy for 2 years before we canceled it. I would of been more upset if my parents paid into it for 20-30 years. Put your $$$$ elsewhere.
