The agents and company are great! They took care of my parent's retirement and also keep me updated. If I have any questions, I just call the agent or the office service is fast too.
Update below. Zero stars. PREDATORS! SCAMMERS! These representatives use and abuse the elderly! This location specifically! They talk them into unnecessary plans and when those plans are cancelled ON THE SAME DAY come to find they have been charging them monthly for 6 months! Plan was canceled not even 1 hour after paperwork was signed. Do you need anything form me for canceling? "No". Do I need a confirmation number? We have been with Michael Richard our Financial Advisor from Bankers Life Securities for over 5 years now. Michael is a very nice guy and a great advisor. We have been very happy with him in handling our money and he has not disappointed us. He is very honest and very straight forward with his advice and if he thinks you are making a mistake in your decisions he will let you know and explains why. But in the end he always lets you know it is your decision. Michael is a really the best!
