Update: Eric reached out to me after writing this and took in everything I had to say, apologized for how was I treated and gave me a chance. Had a meeting which turned into a zoom meeting last week, and it went well. Was told I would get another call back for a follow up but didn’t and that’s alright. Eric at least was kind. Gave me a chance and wasn’t so quick to dismiss me like Rose did. Instead of 0/1 star, I will give 3 stars. 5/5 for Eric being an awesome guy, great at his job, and kind to possible newcomers.
