BankersLife has been helping my family with their plan on retirement for the last 5 years. I have the peace of mind of knowing that my mother has an excellent plan in place in case she has any concerns. The team that helps her out contacts her regularly to make sure that she is taken care of, especially during this pandemic. My wife and I know our planning for retirement is in great hands!
This is by far the worst managed company in the insurance industry. Specific areas where management can improve is Orange City and Daytona Beach. Ben Wright in Orange City doesnt have an open door policy. If you have a concern and you bring it to his attention, you will be terminated. Bens focus is only on 2 people Lauren and Matt, not his other 4 other agents. There us an extremely high turnover rate at Bankers, higher than other companies in this industry.
