I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and efficiency displayed by Banker's Life when it comes to reimbursing my mother for her long-term care at her assisted living facility. Despite my mother paying into her policy for over 15 years, we have consistently struggled to receive timely reimbursements. It is unacceptable that we must constantly follow up and provide proof of residency multiple times, only to be met with delays and excuses from Banker's Life.
