I am one of the beneficiaries of a life insurance policy. I have never been as frustrated with an experience in my life. My friend passed away in October of 2025. I was gifted a small amount of money from her. I immediately and completely filled out the required documents for the benefit. Trying to get my sister's long term policy money, it has taken over 3 months and my sister died in the process. They told me 10 days to get the money once it was approved. It had now been 15 business days and no deposit and no one will return my calls. Long term health care insurance is the biggest rip off for seniors.
Very professional and great customer service! If you need any type of insurance or help with retirement planning I would definitely recommend Bankers Life. The agents and financial advisors I’ve worked with there are super knowledgeable and are always available to answer my questions. I have a few policies with Bankers Life and I’m very happy with my decision to work with them!

The agent, Veronica McGee and a male partner whom I did not get a name, showed up at my door without an appointment, asking for my wife and didn't even know my wife's correct name. I asked her how she knew my wife and what she wanted with her. Veronica stated that my wife had contacted her to discuss Medicare Insurance.
