Have a policy with this company, trying to update and have not had success getting a hold of anyone. Called 10 times goes to voicemail (weird) for a "business" this should not happen.
Very misleading. Will draft 3 weeks before there supposed to for payment and will also draft out double then what was supposed to be.
PROTECT YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS. Lizzett Vargas misrepresented Medicare calling (fishing) my mom and set up an appt. "to go over changes with Medicare". My mom accepted and I was at work. Never spoke about MDCR, instead offered a $50 life insurance. My mom agreed to a $50 plan, provided her with info and gave her card. My mom also rehiterated that her disability check is for a specific date and asked for plan to take an effective date then (because she doesn't know any better and took this agents word). I have repeatedly tried to contact this company in Lubbock. All I’m getting is recorded messages. My agent was John Escamilla, which he’s no longer there. I’m in the process of dropping this company.
