Have 14 policies- for grandchildren and family. Great service.
This company is TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service. My father has had a Universal Life policy with this company for over 15 years, that I wrote as an agent. We call for an illustration and WEEKS later, I receive an illustration in an email that has to be downloaded by Adobe. First of all, what ever happen to getting the information right away. What about a death claim with this company? They even claimed they didn't have the POA paperwork that we hand delivered to their office in person. Stay away from doing business... read more
