I have this life insurance policy for quit a few years now Whole life had and emergency situation arise tried to borrow against it and was told I could only get $24.00 the rest of my payments went to principle or interest but they manage to pull the money from my account monthly and not even on the assigned date it's always days later maybe even a wk later This was so very disappointing to me when I needed it the most got No help this is not what I was told when I signed up but guess that's the way of the world to get your b... read more
Never on the phone..These ladies give you a hard time. I was promised a statement by the 10th of the month if the 16th I do not have it. I had to jump through hoops to get it and still don’t have it… Money- out of there!
