After getting repeated phone calls one of your reps showed up at my doorstep unannounced. Not sure you understand our generation but just showing up is not cool. As a result of that little tactic, when I AM ready to buy, it won't be from Bankers Life.
I'm continuously getting calls from Victor Gonzalez and had told him that I wasn't interested and to take my number off your list. Now he calls 2 to 3 times a day! If I was interested in life insurance you have definitely made sure to never call you! I am now reporting Victor and Bankers Life to the Missouri Attorney General and will be proceeding with harassment charges!
We are very pleased with our policies we have purchased with Bankers Life insurance and even more happy with our knowledgeable agent, Lorenzo Offutt, he had answers to our many questions regarding different options we had! Thanks!!
