Andrea Paine came to visit a facility I manage, on this visit she parked off site where staff could not see her arrival or departure. She did not sign the visitor's log or wait for staff to take her to the see the vulnerable adult. Staff were updated by another person who resides in the home that a visitor was in the closed bedroom with vulnerable adult.
