AS of 12/2025 this company has not been able to connect adult protective services with Andrea and the case is still open a year later. Andrea Paine came to visit a facility I manage, on this visit she parked off site where staff could not see her arrival or departure. She did not sign the visitor's log or wait for staff to take her to the see the vulnerable adult.
