Excellent service, able to reach agent on personal cell and no 800#'s
The fact you cannot get ahold of a specific branch makes me livid. I have tried to get ahold of this branch and the Oshkosh branch leaving multiple messages but no one calls me back, or even showing up in person and no one is in the office. It takes weeks to get basic Information regarding policies. They were unable to communicate in a timely manner and had multiple premiums taking out of my account after I wanted it to be canceled.
