So my wife decided to cancel her policy by sending it to the address they provided for us to send the surrender form too. Ended up getting mail like 4 months later that it was still active. So we called. They said the address was wrong and its still active. Ince we told her the address in the form they sent us to swnd it to was the one we sent it to, She then said that there able to look at that po box, even tho she said its not the right one and there wasnt anything in it.
