Never Buy ANY Health or Long term care products from this company. They lie, they stall, they wait & wait & wait to pay their part of paid for services. DO NOT TRUST ANYTTHING THEY SAY IT WILL ALL BE A LIE. My mother paid premiums for 20years & now can't get reimbursed for promised services. She is only now receiving partial reimbursements [over a year old] & only after a Better Business AND Indiana State Insurance commission have received complaints.
