I was very impressed with Ms. Lindsey Cantrell and the way she handled my request to fax a Policy Declaration to my mortgage company, PHH Mortgage. I called your Glenn Allen office and they were experiencing technical difficulties, but your Charlottesville office was spot on. Ms. Cantrell immediately took my insurance payment, then faxed the Policy Declaration to PHH Mortgage who seemed to be in a hurry to receive it.
