Eric is very knowledgeable and his customer service is superb!! He is easy to reach and continually suggests that you call him with ANY questions at any time and states that that is what he is there for. I have worked with Bankers Insurance for more than 20 years and I would have to say Eric is the best I have EVER worked with!!!!!
I was a bit disappointed with the time it took to actually speak to someone about adding to my policy. This seems to be a recent change as I had always connected with my agent quickly in the past. I had to check several times about the progress of getting my item added to my policy, and I did not get timely email reply for updates. I hope the communication improves.
