I got my renters insurance policy through Bankers not only do they provide payment installation options but they provided amazing service. Recently i was charged with a insurance lapse fee in my rent portal because i forgot to update the address on my policy when i transferred units within my complex. Poor customer service. They do everything possible to delay claims. Typical insurance company stuff but they are one of the worst.
