Signed up for medigap plan as of January. First claims in April, and every one of them is being rejected. Customer service keeps telling me different things about why. they asked me to fax information which I did, and its not helped a bit. Agent, Harry Zhang, is completely unresponsive and useless.. Customers shouldn't have to interact with their medigap provider. Claims approved by Medicare (which mine were), should be automatically approved by medigap company. That's the way it works LEGALLY.
