Absolutely wonderful assistance from Lori and Ann both. They are always both so friendly, helpful and patient when I call.
I had an issue with an international wire transfer, they answered right away and got me sent in the right direction. They were also very friendly.
Rejected my wire and charge me a large fee... we wire DAILY for the last 20 years and this is not a problem we have ever had... this is DEFINITELY a bank issue! Take head.... RUN!
I've never had a more impersonal or unpleasant loan officer before. Definitely rude as well
