I recently had Banker add "batt" insulation to my existing attic to increase the R-value. The house was built in 1985 so the existing insulation was not the best. In addition, several vertical pieces had fallen down separating my living room and attic by only a sheet of drywall. I had banker install a gutter on my house last year. Josh and his helper did a great bob and were both professional and friendly. During last monsoon I noticed that the downspout was a little low and water was still puddling in my crawlspace. They came out and raised the downspout and added an extension to divert the water further away from my house. They only charged me for materials and the guys were once again friendly and professional. Thank you!
Great company to work with. Spray foam is the way to go.
