Terrible. Refused change for our business: the young man helping me was interrupted by not one, but two employees. Refused to give me their names when I asked all to “ensure” we are customers.we are, well we were. Kudos to losing business over a change policy for only customers, and we are. TERRIBLE!
The higher ups at this bank don't want to deal with you if you have any type of debt, nevermind some of it was from early 2020 pandemic. nope, they'll gladly send your business to another bank
