Looking back over time I must have been using Bank top car centre now for over 12years to not only part exchange and purchase cars but always get them serviced and checked over at their workshop. I have never ever had any problems with the work that's been carried out. Plus all the staff have always been very helpful in every aspect.
Took my car for its annual service. Whilst in the waiting area, one of the Salesmen came and plugged a fan in for me and asked if "that helped" as I was struggling. I took my car before it was washed and was told to bring it in another day, when it needed cleaning and they would happily do it. The lady behind reception offered to bring my car to the main doors due to me being in pain. As someone who is disabled, kind gestures like this are a big deal when you are struggling! Excellent service all around.
