I am retired military and have used many banks in my life, there is no better bank than Bank Star in Pacific. Their staff is outstanding and super friendly.
Used ATM outside
I was just now at Bank Star. Just to pick up some checks. The young lady said I will be with you in a minute. I waited. The other worker was having a non business conversation with a custome r. No help there. I told the young lady that my 91 year old Dad was in the car. (100°out). She said "I'm sorry." and went back to whatever she was doing. I left. I love the people at Bank Star! This is the hometown, friendly bank that your parents and grandparents told you about. A human answers the phone, and when you walk in, you are treated like a good friend. If customer service and great products are what you are looking for in a bank, this is the place!
