They are using old ATM. It doesn't count the money when you make deposit from ATM. The bills will be checked manually. I made $1000 deposit through ATM. Two days later, they told me they didn't find my money in ATM, so they reversed $1000 from my account. As the camera can only see custom's face, they cannot verify that I make the deposit or not.
