The staff has always been kind and attentive at all of the branches. It is a small bank, so if you want to do international transfers, etc., that might be a Chase or Citi feature.
I love Simmons bank, but they use a and L services to clean the bank at night and the people that clean it have been arrested and convicted for stealing. I don’t trust a bank that allows thieves around my personal information.
Everyone is so wonderful. Very helpful.
Huge thank you to Jennifer! She helped me cancel a payment after I had accidentally made it twice, and even said that she had made herself a note to check my account today and make sure it was properly corrected (which it was!) Thanks again!
