I would never choose this bank again. Terrible customer service. I'm only leaving a review because it keeps coming up in my suggestions. We banked there long before it was Simmons. We never had any issues. But when Simmons bought it, it all went downhill. Lost direct deposits that put our account in overdraft then outrageous overdraft fees charged multiple times.
