I would never choose this bank again. Terrible customer service. I'm only leaving a review because it keeps coming up in my suggestions. We banked there long before it was Simmons. We never had any issues. But when Simmons bought it, it all went downhill. Lost direct deposits that put our account in overdraft then outrageous overdraft fees charged multiple times. paul reusser the manager of simmons bank, 30th st of hutchinson kansas, talks down on the women working there & the customers that come in. he has said multiple things regarding my older cousin who walked out on that job today. i do not recommend going to this bank or working here. apparently he’ll give ppl loans if they go there in bikini swimming suits.
Paul is the most unprofessional and inappropriate manager. He is in no way shape or form suitable for that job. His attitude and inappropriateness cause me to never bank here again
