Here we have simmons bank again after settling lawsuits clearly misusing funds again and again. 10 and 15 day holds on funds deposited for 0 reason the trying to charge overdraft fees, return written checks on accounts when over 5k usd is deposited and held forn0 reason. When speaking to customer service 0 resolve. Asked for check returned to me, teller clearly refused to return check I tried to deposit and later didn't want to due to excessive fraudulent holds.
