Banking with Simmons has been a frustrating experience. There are some very valuable and helpful people on the Simmons team, but in my experience the bank's fee structure, technology, and business banking services fall well below expectations. For example, the online banking platform does not support Zelle for business accounts, and sending wires online requires enrolling in Treasury Management, which costs approximately $200 per month. 1 Star I had a deeply troubling experience at Simmons Bank on Custer Road in Frisco and feel compelled to warn others. I attempted to cash a legitimate check issued by a well-known national organization that maintains accounts and credit cards with Simmons Bank. The check was provided to help cover medical co-pays and deductibles. Despite this, the staff claimed they were unable to verify the check internally and refused to cash it. Worst possible bank to ever use. Never ever go here. Your card will never work
