Nothing wrong with Bank Place Medical Centre staff. The problem is the receptionist employed by the specialist I was referred to treated me with disdain for no other reason than I wanted to enquire about what was involved with my referral.
The Girls At The Front Desk Are Always Up For a Good Laugh & Friendly Smile! The Doctors Are Great, They Take The Time To Listen To Their Patients!
The receptionist Vicki is always polite and very friendly when I attend Bank Place Medical Centre, the waiting room is large and always clean. The doctors are friendly and happy to explain if I question them about medications they are prescribing to me.
