Relatively new bldg. Not a lot of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Avoid!! Only go here if you don't value your time and money because they don't care about either. They require you to go into the branch on the maturity date to get a cashier's check. What a pain? There are many things wrong with this. Time wasted driving, interest lost to deposit cashier's check and reinvest, and having to schedule other life events around this. You can't make maturity decisions prior to maturity date - ie schedule funds to go to savings account automatically, etc. I have 7 CD's with Bank of OZK. After they... read more
