I just moved and claimed this as my new location and Never in my life have I received horrible customer service like this. I’ll be honest. I over drafted once for the first time ever and there is record of this on my file. I called to get more information and to see if I had any options and might I add I was very pleasant. I recently visited the bank to get help with some problems I was having with online banking. However, the racist comments from bank staff made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt humiliated and harassed by their behavior. It is important that banks deal with all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of race or ethnicity.
