My wife went in and opened an account. She brought a cashier check from Wells Fargo and was told the funds would clear in her account in a few days. It's been over a week and still shows a pending balance. She called and was told it takes 2 weeks. Avoid this fly by night bank. I was planning to bring all my savings to them and now they will not see a dime of my money.
This bank is absolutely incompetent and does not care a bit about it. They will mishandle funds, run you around, and blame everyone else. Their technology is horrible at best and customer service is nonexistent
Yesterday I purchased a CD and opened a savings account at Bank OZK, and I just wanted to thank Raniya Jones, the Business Relationship Specialist who assisted me with these transactions. She was personable, very knowledgeable with respect to all the paperwork involved, fast and efficient, and a total professional. She's a very good representative for the bank!
