The bankers at this location are all incredible! This unfortunately does not make up for this bank's significant challenges with modern, online banking. We signed up because we got a mailer for free money with a new account. It's been years of headaches ever since - transferring money in or out of the account is a nightmare, Zelle never worked and they were never able to resolve my issues (though it worked fine for me at other banks), and my partner (who is a full account owner) still has no online access - about 5 years lat... read more
Very convenient location for NW Hills/Westover/Chimney Corners residents--it's right in the middle of Spicewood Springs. Ultra-friendly staff, interest-bearing checking accounts, clean app/website, fun contests (deposit $250 in savings to get 10 chances at a $1K prize each month). If the branch were open on Saturday, they'd be perfect. But their ATM has some very cool features (put in a stack of bills all at once, it counts them for you). Fed up with big-bank shenanigans? You should definitely check these guys out.
The staff has been very helpful. I have a few accounts here and the customer service is outstanding.
