Do not open a CD with Bank of OZK. Go somewhere else. I have banked with them for years and they just changed their website to no longer reflect your APR on CDs. When the CD rolls over at time of maturity, they won't show your new rate. I'm day 11 on the 10-day window and they want me to pay cancellation fees now. The CD rate went from 4.0% APR to 0.05%.
