I’ve been w/ this bank since they were Summit (I usually use Section Line) & have never had any issues. Absolutely love this bank & highly recommend!
Wonderful place and staff
This is a copy from the other review about the location on Albert pike but I've had the exact same situations happen here Put a month hold on a check from one of the most prestigious 401k institution without explications other than 'That's just how it works' never banking at any ozk location this is like the 10th+ times I've had issues similar to this but this breaks the camels back. Hopefully this hits the right eyes. I've been banking here literally for years for one reason: when you call them, a human answers. Today, literally the day I apply for a business account, I discover that they have switched to an automated b.s. system. Whoever did that ought to be fired. I'll take this down if/when they ditch the automation altogether.
