I’ve been banking with Bank Ozk since 1998 when it was Bank of the Ozarks. I relocated from Alma, AR in 2022 and my new local branch is this one on Malvern Ave in Hot Springs. I have to give a shout out to Kristi for how amazing, kind, and professional of a teller she is. I have 6 locations to choose from in Hot Springs, but this will always be my go to because of her! You will not meet a kinder person. She always makes my day better when I get to interact with her!
Bank branch always gives me issues with trying to deposit checks from my customers. Always wants to put a hold on the check even though I deposit 100s of thousand dollars a year. Ridiculous, I will be changing banks
Friday 3/20/26 at 5:55pm in the drive thru: I have banked with Bank OZK for 7+ years. I have personal checking, savings, & business accounts. I normally go to my local branch but this branch wanted to put a hold on a small check that I was depositing into my business account. Nothing unusual and I have never had a charge back. I deposited over a half million dollars into this account alone last year and they want to hold a 7k check. Said its "bank policy". Funny how its not bank policy at my local branch.
