Staff is always friendly and helpful, whether it's a banking transaction, opening a new acct, or just getting items notarized, the staff is always very helpful and get the job done.
Left me on hold for around 25min. I was told I was talking to a loan officer but ended up being the teller communicating back and forth with the loan officer. I was told I was speaking with the loan officer. Felt like the bank lied to my face and made me a little uncomfortable. Seems a little dishonest.
The people that work here go above and beyond to help you and are always very friendly & have a smile! I love my Albert Pike Bank OZK crew!
