Left me on hold for around 25min. I was told I was talking to a loan officer but ended up being the teller communicating back and forth with the loan officer. I was told I was speaking with the loan officer. Felt like the bank lied to my face and made me a little uncomfortable. Seems a little dishonest.

Put a month hold on a check from one of the most prestigious 401k institution without explications other than 'That's just how it works' never banking at any ozk location this is like the 10th+ times I've had issues similar to this but this breaks the camels back. And none of the tellers seems like it's was no one's fault they couldn't give us an answer. Absolutely unprofessional. Open on Saturdays but can’t help you do anything I just needed to get a new card but they can’t do that on weekends. Most people work the same hours your open might be helpful if they could actually be somewhat helpful on the one day they are opened on the weekend complete waste of time.
