I would like to share an honest review based on my experience. While I had a very disappointing experience with the loan department, I want to recognize that the branch team has consistently taken great care of me. Mariah, Ceasar, Patricia, Juanita and the manager, Larhonda, have all been professional, supportive, and attentive. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this bank for those seeking a long-term relationship when it comes to lending services.
Disastrous customer service experience! It has been 3 weeks since we renewed our CD over the phone, and we still have not received any related documents. I called a week ago and again today, and spoke with Patricia—the same clerk who handled the renewal—but instead of being understanding or trying to resolve the issue, she became defensive and rude.
