This Bank OZK IS A GREAT BANK VERY NICE STAFF .
Its ok
Poor service in Houston. They have no idea to treat people. All the time they waste your time. Iam business Coustmer and iam really tired of them only issue this branch is nearby me. If you have to take money they take almost 40 mints just for one transaction. Bad service ever in my life and its not once i have to go every week on this location.
They need build more branches
