Every bank employee that I have come in contact with has been friendly, knowledgable, and goes out of their way to accommodate my needs. I recently re-located from Little Rock. This Pleasant Grove branch is the one my husband and I chose to use. The atmosphere is professional, warm and inviting. I went to this bank looking to make change for $30 when the teller instructed me that was a service reserved for bank members only. Seriously?! You're a bank!
Been banking here for too long and still get treated like a 2nd class citizen even running hundreds of thousands of dollars through a year. Got over a million in paid off real estate and cabt borrow 10 bucks. Leaving this bank and NEVER looking back. Also the old peick VP is the worst person ever. Trears people like dirt.
Not so much downgrading this branch but just Bank OZK as a whole. My account was over drafted and not even over drafted for maybe 12 hours and I was charged with an overdraft fee. Most banks it’s a 24 hour limit. Put money in my account to make sure I didn’t get a fee, checked my account and I was in the positive again but the next day they still took out the overdraft fee.
