I drive trk over the road. If the police catch me playing on my phone my ticket is 2700. dollars & my company gets 1 for 10.000 dollars. & I lose my job. & it follows me around for 3 to 5 yrs. All because of their computer answering thing. That's STUPID & not very good customer service. & I've been there scene 2012. & gues what if I get that ticket I will make a sign & put on my car explaining my attitude & I will CHANGE banks. Sugar Creek bank OZK is the best I've ever been in. & they let me bring my Fur Kid in also
The new manager was very unpleasant and rude when trying to resolve account issues. This is a stark contrast to the overall great experience I used to have with this branch's previous manager and team. Would not recommend this branch or bank to any business owners or retail customers.
This is what a bank should be! It's the best bank around here. Your money earns interest and they don't charge for sending statements! Their service is also superior.
