The new manager was very unpleasant and rude when trying to resolve account issues. This is a stark contrast to the overall great experience I used to have with this branch's previous manager and team. Would not recommend this branch or bank to any business owners or retail customers.
This is what a bank should be! It's the best bank around here. Your money earns interest and they don't charge for sending statements! Their service is also superior.
The Tellers and Banker at the Olive St. location in Rogers are absolutely incredible humans. They do not lack empathy and are very accommodating to customers. Great job to all of you! Love this location!
Every time I need to manage something financially-related, they've always been happy to help, and knowledgeable. A bank isn't known as the most exciting place to go, but the staff at this branch of BankOZK act like they really do like being and working there. Always a pleasure to stop in.
