Alexander is one of the most professional and likable bank reps I have ever worked with. If I had a question she had an answer right away. I had never been to any Bank of the Ozarks before but the CD interest was what drew me there. Everyone is friendly there and you just feel good when you walk in.
Don't bank here. Go to an actually local bank. Terrible customer service.
