OZK has been described as having a “small town feel". This may have been true back when they were Ozark Bank, but, at this point, nothing could be further from the truth. Bank OZK’s policies are among the most customer-unfriendly I’ve experienced. There have been too many annoying experiences with them to list, but here's the latest two.
