Craziest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I own a small business Keller Gold gold and silver exchange. We open an account about six weeks ago, which we just converted an old account which I’ve had for about 15 years into that account, Provided the documents that they requested and then all of a sudden we get a call stating they want a copy of my license. Bank OZK has products & rates superior to any of the other 6 local banks I checked out. Very professional, more knowledgeable than most, friendly, excellent customer service. I especially appreciated Carlotta in Keller branch for excellent explanations & helpfulness. I will be doing more future business with them.
Words can’t describe my frustration and dislike for this bank. The bank erroneously charged me a late fee on my mortgage payment. I’ve had my mortgage with them for 13 years and never missed a payment nor ever was late. To dispute the late fee they required all correspondence in snail mail!!!!! They did provide a phone number I could call - which no one ever answered nor returned my VM. After 6 letters and proof of my timely payment - nothing was resolved and I was out $40 plus all the time it took and postage. I can’t help ... read more
