They treat me very good
Chronically understaffed (slow service) at the offices I have visited. It's like they're exchanging rubles for drachma and no one knows the exchange rate.
Useless bank!! Wasted time going there only to find out they have no ATM. What kind of bank doesn’t have an ATM to deposit money?
