Our family banks here for our businesses. Dorina and Olivia always give us a warm welcome when we come in, and they have always been very helpful. If you want to be treated well, then this is the branch to go to!
Decided to do CD’s with Bank Ozk as they consistently maintain the best interest rates. BUT, what also is exceptional is the service. We always work with Jessica, and she always has time for us even if we haven’t made an appointment. Very knowledgeable in her field, and willing to explain everything involved til she’s sure we haven’t made a clear understanding. She is very professional and goes beyond standard helping!
We have been banking at bank OZK for quite a while now. We have always loved the customer service and the staff! We wanted to especially thank Olivia and Dorina for going over and above helping us today!
