Arica always does a great job for me when i use an inside teller. Fast, friendly and efficient at her task.
Hillary O'Steen helped me understand OZK's policies on HOA accounts. She took time to research my problem. She took time to educate me on ways my problem could be addressed and solved. I appreciate her professionalism and her knowledge about OZK's policies. She is truly a valuable asset to OZK and the clients they serve! Hillary will certainly be the customer service representative I look for at the Dawsonville branch to help me with future needs!
Very disappointed. Considering changing banks. This branch has the rudest tellers and manager. Very lazy and incompetent as well! I've had more than one negative experience at this bank. To the point where I'm now having to file formal complaints with three the federal agencies over their treatment of customers.
I’ve used this bank since I was able to open my own bank account. There is a problem after problem, always. I called the bank yesterday on 09/02 for two charges and spoke with Hillary and she had the nastiest attitude. Her costumer service was insanely bad. Not only that, but she did not seem to want to fix the issue. I will be moving banks as soon as I can.
