Extremely disappointing experience with Bank OZK. I deposited $2,000 in good faith based on promises and assurances made by their team. After weeks of delays, paperwork, and wasted time, none of those promises were honored. Instead of reaching the agreement they repeatedly committed to, the process ended with no resolution at all and an unexpected $10 withdrawal, which only added to the frustration and confusion.
