我去过三次都没有办公的，应该取消以免浪费时间
Unappreciative of a good customer. Bank of the West has misleading terms and charges expensive phantom fees
This is not a an ATM it's just an office shouldn't be listed as ATM usage
Customer service is very poor. Extremely long hold times on the phone. No calls backs as "promised". Verry. Very frustrating.
Yeah my auto note was 5 years as of April, 2020 they’re still calling asking for payments. As of October 2019, they said we owed 9 more payments, then when we questioned them about our balance 5/3/2020, they told us it was a six year contract..... very deceitful, also I wouldn’t send a dead dog to do business with bank of the west!
