the staff is always smiling , friendly, and always ready to help any way they can, so we have a pleasant banking experience. give great advice as well for our best investments in mind.
This bank has continued to go down hill from the rude incompetent staff to the management. The reason behind going with a small bank is so that they get to know you and you can build a working relationship. This bank puts funds in the wrong accounts, they put rediculous holds on funds and seem to be incompetent for the most part. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this bank.
This bank is a scam. they will post money available on mobile banking before it "clear" they charge over draft fees until it "really clears" later. The "bankers" agree that it doesn't make sense but can't do anything. They say they will call you back and don't. Over all the people working there aren't the problem the basic average mistakes will be made But the shady criminal way the company is run will remind you of 1920 gangster movie. "Say one thing and do another" should be the new slogan.
